Seeking to appeal to buyers looking for a luxurious urban "home" versus an upscale apartment, the developer tapped Building Consensus to develop a new type of prestige condo product for this trend-setting market. Building Consensus responded with the precursor to its "home-a-minium concept"—Decadently spacious units encompassing 3,500 square feet with 12 foot-deep decks, high ceilings and corner orientations offering two views.

Using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, including state-of-the-art sound resistance, Building Consensus erected one of Wilshire Corridor’s most desired—and serene—addresses.

Du-par's is a California Classic Restaurant 


Quality meats, fresh vegetables and fruits, and pies and pastries are all prepared, by hand, fresh daily. Since Du-par’s Restaurant and Bakery first opened at Farmer’s Market in 1938, generations have enjoyed it's great food and atmosphere

It was up to the Building Consensus Team to carry this tradition on and produce an exceptional home for the restaurant to continue it's legacy for generations to come

This high traffic strip mall is located on St. Rose Parkway not far from Las Vegas Blvd. With two main buildings, allowing for more than 45,000 retail square feet, this project's focus was on neighborhood convenience.  Popular eateries including Quizno's and Dottie's Pub are anchor tenants at St. Rose Plaza.  An additional boon is this properties proximity to the new M Hotel and Casino, driving even more business to the plaza.

Building Consensus was awarded the contract to fit out the Brand New Ketchup Premium Burger Bar. We were successfully able to navigate the complex logistics of working on site within a fully operating casino and hotel and deliver a completed project on time and under budget for the client.
